CANCELLATIONS
We have a strict 2 hours cancellation policy. If you want to cancel your order, it must be done within 2 hours of making your purchase. Our team works fast to fulfill your orders and we work all hours of every day.Â
RETURNED TO SENDER POLICY
If your order is returned to us due to:

An incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout

Failure to collect the package from the designated pickup location within the carrier’s holding period

Refusal to accept the delivery
We will issue a refund minus the actual shipping cost. While we offer free shipping on initial orders, the shipping fee ($35 USD) we incurred for your order will be deducted from your refund.
If you would like the package re-shipped, you will need to cover the cost of re-delivery. Please contact us to arrange this.
RETURNS
Here at Bench Cylinder, we care about quality. For faults, you are covered by a 14 day warranty. Just email us first to arrange this. You are covered for all circumstances covered by Australian consumer guarantees such as repairs or replacements. Staining, marks, sweat stains, grease, spills, and any and all damage caused by the customer are not covered under warranty. Not following care instructions of the product will also void any warranty. You must have original proof of purchase and be the original purchaser for the warranty to apply.Â
We reserve the right to not refund orders unless the product has sustained damage. This must be brought to our attention within 14 days of the delivery date.
Refunds can not be given if the purchase date exceeds 14 days.Â
All returned items should be sent back in their original condition and packaging where possible, including tags.
Returned items are solely your responsibility until they reach us. Please make sure they're packed up sufficiently and can't sustain further damaged on the way.Â
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, do ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.Â
Return labels are not provided at this stage.Â
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Downloadable software products cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Simply contact us first to receive the return instructions. You are required to cover return postage costs.Â

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refunds often take 3-7 days to reflect in your bank account, up to 14 days for international orders.Â
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Â
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at benchcylinder@outlook.com.
For missing orders or items lost in transit, please contact us within 50 days of the item being sent.Â
