Shipping policy
STANDARD DELIVERY
The Bench Cylinder ships from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. You will receive a tracking number email once your order is sent.Â
We provide free International Priority Express Shipping on all orders. The estimated delivery times are as follows:Â
- North America: 3-6 business days
- Europe: 3-6 business days
- Australia/New Zealand: 2-4 business days
- Asia: 3-8 business days

Rest of World: 5-10 business days
U.S. orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail Express Internationalâ„¢. Our handling time is one business day. Rarely, there may be an additional 1-3 business days at peak times such as holiday periods, sale periods and extreme weather events. We always try our best to minimise delays as much as we can!
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and VAT/GST, ensuring no additional charges upon delivery.
HOW DOES SHIPPING DAY WORK?
Your order will be delivered between 7 AM and 9 PM on a business day. If you're unavailable, the carrier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to collect your package.
A signature is required upon delivery unless you arrange a signature release directly with the carrier. If you miss the delivery, you can:
- Schedule a redelivery using the carrier's 'Schedule a Redelivery' feature.
- Pick up your parcel from your local Post Office (as indicated on the delivery notice).
If the item remains unclaimed for 10 business days, it will be returned to the sender.
RETURNED TO SENDER POLICY
If your order is returned to us due to:

An incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout

Failure to collect the package from the designated pickup location within the carrier’s holding period

Refusal to accept the delivery
We will issue a refund minus the actual shipping cost. While we offer free shipping on initial orders, the shipping fee ($35 USD) we incurred for your order will be deducted from your refund.
If you would like the package re-shipped, you will need to cover the cost of re-delivery. Please contact us to arrange this.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Delivery is fully tracked with delivery notifications via SMS and email. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you'll get a shipping confirmation email which will include a tracking link for you to follow your order. You can also track your order using the provided tracking number at this link: Australia Post Tracking.

PLEASE NOTE
Delays may sometimes occur beyond the control of Bench Cylinder and we will advise you if this happens where we can.*
*We endeavour to meet these delivery times but during our busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum where possible. Bench Cylinder cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
LOST IN TRANSIT ORDERS
For missing orders or items lost in transit, please contact us within 50 days of the item being sent.Â
